WORLD CUP 2026/27

A WORLD CUP
FOR EVERYONE.

Race the World Cup tracks in Ski Challenge. Your player level determines where you start. You decide how far you go.

Ski Challenge World Cup 27, ski racer against snow-covered mountains

WHAT’S NEW THIS SEASON?

The main changes from last year, at a glance.

One event for the whole season

Last year, each race had its own event. Now each format has one season-long event, with individual races added throughout the winter.

Unlimited attempts or one run that counts

Last year, we had Time Attack and One Attempt. Now Challenger and World Cup offer unlimited attempts. Pro has one official attempt per race, with separate training races to prepare.

Points and standings in the game

Last year, we calculated World Cup points in Excel. This season, the game calculates your race points and overall standings automatically.

A World Cup for every skill level

Last year, everyone had to master demanding Legendline skis. Now Challenger offers easy-to-handle skis, World Cup offers fast skis, and Pro keeps the Legendline challenge.

Which skis and race rules apply?

Challenger offers a choice of T3 skis on Snow. In World Cup, choose from the T4/T5 skis provided for each track. Both formats let you select a ghost opponent. Practise and improve directly in the scored race, with no separate training.

Pro uses a fixed Legendline ski setup. Training and the official race have the same conditions and equipment. You race your official run solo.

All provided equipment has attribute level 10. It cannot be combined with your own equipment. Enhancements are not allowed.

What happens if I reach player level 15 in Challenger?

From player level 15, World Cup is the standard entry. If you have already joined Challenger, you can keep racing there. Your results and access to rewards remain intact. Points do not transfer between formats.

What player level do I need to join?

Your Ski Challenge account’s player level counts. Challenger is visible immediately and has no minimum player level. New entrants can join up to and including player level 14. World Cup and Pro are available from player level 15.

How do the World Cup events differ?

Your player level determines whether you join Challenger or World Cup. Pro is an extra challenge from player level 15.
