World Cup 2026/27
Terms & Conditions

World Cup Challenger · World Cup · World Cup Pro

Event Details

These Event Details apply to World Cup Challenger, World Cup and World Cup Pro 2026/27. The organizer is Ski Challenge GmbH. They supplement the General Event Terms below and the general game GTC, including the applicable eligibility exclusions and age and guardian requirements.

All three series run from 19 October 2026 at 10:00 until 28 March 2027 at 23:55. All times are Vienna local time (CET/CEST). Included race dates, points and reward tables, and equipment information are readable in the app before participation and form part of the event rules.

No Premium Ski Pass or personally owned equipment is required. You race with the provided equipment, without enhancements or combinations with your own equipment. No additional event registration or newsletter subscription is required.

Each format has separate standings and rewards; results do not transfer. The series, results and reward access continue beyond the end of Season 20 on 18 January 2027 at 09:50. This does not extend that season’s Ski Pass.

Special rule departing from section 4.1 of the General Event Terms: Equal overall points favour the earlier average server-recorded timestamp of counted results. The remaining tie rules are unchanged.

Coins can be claimed once through the normal event flow immediately after the series ends. Your reward depends on your final reward position and the reward overview shown in the respective event in the app before participation. That overview forms part of these Event Details. A player without a ranked result receives no rank reward. No supplementary prize draw is announced.

After confirming the final results, we notify physical-prize or voucher winners once by email to the address registered in their game account. Claim your prize at info@ski-challenge.com within seven calendar days after receipt. There is no reminder. Receipt, evidence and possible forfeiture are governed by section 6 of the General Event Terms.

Delivery, customs costs, replacement prizes, changes and data protection are governed by the General Event Terms and the applicable privacy information. Participant email addresses used for these World Cup events stay with Ski Challenge GmbH and are not shared with Audi, FIS or other World Cup partners.

World Cup Challenger

Entry: No minimum player level. New entrants must be below player level 15. After reaching level 15, your participation, results and reward access remain. From level 15, you can also enter World Cup and Pro.

Races: One race per track with unlimited attempts. Your best valid time counts. There is no separate training. Each attempt consumes Event Stamina. You use the T3 skis provided in the event.

Race dates: The Sölden race opens on 19 October 2026 at 10:00 and stays open until the series ends. Further races open on the dates shown in the event. Earlier races can be caught up until the series ends.

Overall standings: Points from your valid official race results across all disciplines are added under the points table shown in the event. Only your best valid result per track contributes once.

Physical prizes: The overall Top 3 each receive one medal: gold for 1st, silver for 2nd and bronze for 3rd.

World Cup

Entry: Player level 15 or higher. You can also enter Pro and retain an existing Challenger participation.

World Cup Pro

Entry: Player level 15 or higher. You can also enter World Cup and retain an existing Challenger participation.

Races: One official attempt per race, racing solo with the specified Legendline ski. Training is repeatable, uses no official attempt and gives no event points or event rewards. Training and racing consume no Event Stamina.

Race dates: Sölden training opens on 19 October 2026 at 10:00; the official race opens on 23 October 2026 at 00:05. Both close on 25 October 2026 at 23:55. Further training opens on Mondays and official races on Fridays; both close on Sundays at the times shown in the event. Closed races cannot be caught up later.

Overall standings: Points from all valid official Pro results are added. Places 1–30 receive FIS points × 1,000. From place 31, points equal 1,030 minus the finishing position, with a minimum of zero. The same formula applies to the final races of the series; the FIS 8% time cutoff does not apply. A valid finish outside the point-scoring positions does not by itself guarantee an overall ranked result or rank reward.

Continuation: Used official attempts do not reset when Season 20 ends.

Physical prizes: The overall winner receives one trophy and no medal. Second place receives one silver medal and third place one bronze medal.

General Event Terms

Version 21 14 October 2026

Read these Terms together with the completed Event Details for your Event. The general game GTC continue to apply as specified below.

1 Organizer and scope

1.1 The organizer and sponsor of the Event is Ski Challenge GmbH, Olympiastraße 10, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, FN 587965 f (we, us). Contact: info@ski-challenge.com. Partners named in the Schedule may provide prizes, commercial sponsorship, promotion or prize fulfilment. Ski Challenge GmbH remains the Event organizer.

1.2 These Terms and the separate Event Details (Event Schedule) supplement the general game GTC already accepted at game entry. The complete Terms, completed Schedule and applicable privacy information are readable in the app before entry. You agree to the event rules through the entry action identified in the Schedule. In the event of a conflict, special rules in the Schedule expressly identified as departures and announced before entry opens take precedence over these Terms; these Terms take precedence over the game GTC for the Event. Subsequent changes are governed by section 8. The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms through written amendments in accordance with section 8.

1.3 For event-related matters, section 1 replaces GTC I.7 on responsibility; section 5 specifies delivery under I.7; section 7 replaces I.7's winner-data transfer authorization. Section 5 replaces I.10's prize limit; section 6 replaces I.8 and permits the notices stated in section 6 despite IV.3; section 7 replaces I.5 and I.12; section 7.1 governs the processing of usage data addressed in I.6; section 10 replaces I.11 and I.10's court and prize-defect exclusions. Other GTC remain applicable.

1.4 These Terms cover skill-based racing with virtual rewards and announced physical prizes or vouchers redeemable outside the game (vouchers). In-game redemption codes are virtual rewards. As a rule, prizes are awarded according to the announced sporting standings. Only where the Event Details expressly provide for it will an additional prize draw take place among the eligible participants in that Event. Winners are selected at random. No prize draw takes place unless expressly announced. Costs and prizes depend on the Schedule. Wagering, paid chance-based entries and cash-prize competitions are not offered under these Terms.

2 Entry and eligibility

2.1 Use one valid account per person and meet the Schedule's age, player-level and guardian-authorization requirements. The delivery limits in section 5.6 do not restrict prize eligibility by residence. Employees and freelance contractors of the organizer or its affiliated companies, and persons involved in any capacity in the development or operation of the Game, are excluded. The exclusion of relatives under GTC I.2 remains. Any event-specific eligibility restrictions, including country restrictions, must be stated in the Schedule before entry. Do not enter through another person's account.

2.2 Before entry, the Schedule or the app information it identifies discloses the costs, participation limits and effects of purchases that are material to the Event. Events advertised as free or no purchase necessary must offer the stated genuine purchase-free route. Buying something does not guarantee a prize.

2.3 Entry and rewards do not require push notifications, location or advertising-tracking permission, or optional marketing or publicity consent. Necessary eligibility checks and prize-delivery information still apply.

2.4 Participants must ensure that their participation, including acceptance of any prize, is lawful under the applicable laws of their country of citizenship and residence. Participation is excluded where prohibited under those laws. The organizer makes no representations, express or implied, as to the legality of any individual’s participation. The organizer’s mandatory statutory obligations remain unaffected.

3 Schedule and race rules

3.1 Before entry, the Event period, entry requirements and gameplay and scoring rules material to the Event are readable in the app. The Schedule may refer to this information; it forms part of the Event rules and need not be repeated.

3.2 Training results do not count, and results do not transfer between separate formats, unless the Schedule expressly allows it. Separate standings and rewards are identified there.

4 Results and fair play

4.1 Equal valid race times are ordered by the earlier server-recorded timestamp. Individual overall standings rank higher total points first, then the average server-recorded timestamp of counted results, with the later average ranking higher. The timestamp direction therefore differs between race and overall standings. Wins and best finishes are not further tie-breaks. If both ranking values are identical, no further sporting tie-break applies: physical prizes follow the row order of the published final leaderboard. Virtual-reward positions count results ahead under the ranking criteria, so exactly tied players may receive the same virtual-reward position despite separate physical-prize positions. An exact tie does not create shared-place physical awards, split prizes or additional medals. The Schedule states or identifies the points calculation and rules for other formats.

4.2 Under GTC I.9, we may correct or remove results, exclude players and revoke prizes for false details, multiple accounts, manipulation, prohibited interference, rule breaches or prohibited names. Corrections may affect other players. A technical ability to exploit a defect does not make that conduct permitted.

4.3 We reserve the right to verify participants and winners, withhold affected results or prizes during an investigation and refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement, disqualify participants or refuse their further participation in the Game where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they have breached the event rules or game GTC, gained an unfair advantage or acted fraudulently. We may also refuse to provide a prize or compensation where this is prohibited by applicable anti-money-laundering legislation or other legal requirements. We may act without a prior hearing. We may review similar reports together. No separate review of each report or individual response is promised. We are not obliged to disclose confidential anti-cheat methods or third-party personal data. Statutory rights and duties remain unaffected.

4.4 The organizer decides questions concerning the conduct and evaluation of the Event. Corrections and statutory legal remedies remain available.

4.5 For a supplementary prize draw, the Schedule states the qualifying Event participation, exact prizes, draw date and random selection method before entry begins. Each eligible player is included once, regardless of the number of race runs completed. Winners are selected at random from the eligible participants; each has an equal chance of winning. Selection is subject to eligibility checks. Neither a purchase nor the use of paid in-game resources is required to participate in the draw. Purchases must not increase the chances of winning. Where race completion is required, a genuine purchase-free qualifying route must be available. Draw prizes are separate from racing rewards unless a combined prize limit is announced. Replacement winners are governed by section 6.4.

5 Rewards

5.1 Only the Schedule's announced rewards are offered, subject to the checks and corrections in section 4. It specifies quantities, qualifying positions or requirements, and award periods. Participation alone does not create a legal entitlement to a prize. The announced prize eligibility requirements and these Terms govern prize entitlement. GTC II.7 governs ordinary level-up gifts, not withdrawal of earned event rewards.

5.2 Virtual rewards may be earned repeatedly as announced. Physical-prize or voucher limits apply only if the Schedule states their period, covered events and priority before entry. Otherwise the announced allocations apply. Such limits or prize ineligibility do not by themselves remove valid race results or earned virtual rewards. An ineligible player's placing remains; any resulting unallocated physical prize or voucher is handled under section 6.4.

5.3 Virtual rewards are usable only in Ski Challenge and cannot be redeemed for cash. Physical prizes and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other items at the participant’s request and are not transferable to third parties unless the Schedule expressly permits this. The Schedule states redemption and expiry conditions.

5.4 Free virtual rewards follow their announced collection rules, not the physical-prize claim period. Those rules do not expire purchased credits or in-game currency.

5.5 The organizer reserves the right to replace announced physical prizes or vouchers in the event of unavailability, supplier failure or legal impediments with an equivalent cash amount or another prize of equivalent value, provided the replacement is reasonable for the winner. Participants cannot demand a cash substitute.

5.6 Physical delivery is limited to the Physical Delivery Area: the territory of the EU on the date entry opens for the relevant Event, series or draw, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the 50 U.S. states plus Washington, D.C. Winners may nominate an address there even if they live elsewhere. We pay for standard physical delivery, unless the Schedule specifies collection within that area before entry. If a winner cannot provide an address there or use the announced collection arrangement, sections 6.3 and 6.4 apply. Electronic delivery, including electronic vouchers, is available worldwide and is not subject to the physical delivery limit. The Schedule states the delivery and redemption conditions material to the Event and any costs to be borne by the winner. Delivery times depend on external courier services. We do not guarantee a particular courier delivery period unless we expressly promise a binding delivery date. Statutory rights concerning delivery delays remain unaffected. To the extent legally permitted, winners bear customs duties, import taxes (including import VAT) and the carrier's customs-clearance fees arising from import of the prize into the destination country. We do not reimburse these costs. This cost allocation does not change statutory liability to the authorities. Charges that cannot lawfully be passed on remain our responsibility. Other physical delivery methods within the area require agreement. A voucher's place of use does not restrict where it can be sent electronically. Other taxes and duties on the prize or its receipt that are legally payable by the winner remain the winner’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

6 Claiming physical prizes and vouchers

6.1 We send physical-prize and voucher winners one prize notification by email to the address registered in their game account. You must keep that address valid and up to date. The Schedule states the notification timing and how to correct contact details. Winners are responsible for claiming their prize at info@ski-challenge.com under section 6.2. We do not send reminders or undertake further contact attempts or searches for alternative contact details.

6.2 Unless the Schedule or applicable mandatory law provides a longer period, claim the prize by emailing info@ski-challenge.com within seven calendar days after receipt of the prize notification. Receipt occurs when the email is available for retrieval in your designated mailbox under ordinary circumstances; actually reading it or opening the game is not required. The notification identifies the prize, explains how to claim it, states the claim deadline and warns that the prize claim lapses if you do not respond in time. Failed delivery does not start the period and does not by itself cause forfeiture. Requests for and submission of evidence are governed by section 6.3.

6.3 We may require necessary and proportionate identity, residence, eligibility, tax and delivery evidence in the prize notification or later. The request sets a reasonable deadline, which may coincide with the claim deadline under section 6.2, and warns that the prize claim may be withdrawn if necessary evidence is not supplied in time. Any extension is at our discretion, subject to applicable mandatory law.

6.4 If a winner declines, is ineligible, misses a valid claim or evidence deadline under section 6.2 or 6.3, or cannot provide a delivery address or use the announced collection arrangement for a physical prize under section 5.6, we may select a replacement, leave the prize unawarded or donate it, except where applicable mandatory law requires another outcome. Any required donation or other country-specific allocation is stated in the Schedule. Racing replacements follow the published ranking, eligibility and prize limits; draw replacements follow the announced draw procedure. A replacement procedure does not itself promise reassignment, but an express reassignment or donation commitment takes priority. Other winners' valid claims remain unaffected. Unclaimed racing prizes do not become draw prizes.

7 Personal data and publicity

7.1 We use event data to run competitions, check eligibility and compliance, prevent abuse and fulfil prizes. We may process usage and gameplay data to prevent and investigate disruptions and abuse and to improve the game. We retain personal data to the extent and for as long as necessary for these purposes, statutory retention obligations or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Where criminal offences are suspected, we may disclose necessary data to the competent law enforcement authorities to the extent permitted by law. The general and event privacy information identifies purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights. Accepting these Terms does not replace a lawful basis for processing.

7.2 Winner data necessary for prize fulfilment may be shared with the prize issuer, delivery service or other fulfilment partner on an applicable legal basis under data protection law. The applicable privacy information identifies recipients or categories of recipients, purposes and legal bases. We obtain consent where required by data protection law. Necessary information for prize fulfilment may be requested under section 6.3. Refusal to provide the cooperation necessary for every available lawful fulfilment route may prevent delivery and be treated as declining the prize under section 6.4. Optional marketing consent is not required.

7.3 To the extent you hold the relevant rights, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, edit and publish event rankings, aliases, results, screenshots and gameplay replays for event reporting and promotion of Ski Challenge and of the Event partners named in the Schedule and their products or services in connection with the Event. This includes our websites and social-media channels, the corresponding channels of the named Event partners and use by third parties acting on our or their behalf. We may grant the named Event partners the licences necessary for these purposes. Editing must not misrepresent you. Personal-data use and sharing remain subject to the applicable privacy information and any required permissions.

7.4 Winners’ names and results may be published where a lawful basis exists and the applicable privacy information provides for this. Photos, audio or video recordings of participants and interviews require their consent. Refusing or withdrawing optional publicity or marketing consent does not affect prize eligibility. Statutory rights of withdrawal, objection and other data-protection rights remain unaffected. Contact: info@ski-challenge.com.

8 Changes and technical interruptions

8.1 We reserve the right to limit, postpone, interrupt, extend, shorten, change or cancel the Event, a race or a draw at any time for reasons worthy of special consideration, such as technical failures, manipulation, compromised results or legal requirements. The measure must be objectively justified and reasonable, taking participants’ interests into account. We may correct technical errors, including configuration, calculation, display and transmission errors, and obvious typographical errors. Sections 4, 5.5 and 8.3 apply to affected results and prizes.

8.2 The Schedule states any special rules for shortened or cancelled events, including series scoring and minimum completed rounds, prize allocation and treatment of paid attempts or resources. Any cancellation condition based on a minimum number of participants, its measurement date and consequences must be announced before entry. The measurement date may fall during the Event; sections 8.1 and 8.3 continue to apply.

8.3 We publish material changes and their reasons and consequences in the app. Cancellation alone does not extinguish validly earned prize claims; sections 4, 5.5 and 6 remain applicable. No additional goodwill reward, replay or extra attempt is promised. Mandatory refund and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

9 Platform notice

9.1 Apple is not a sponsor of, is not involved in, and is not responsible for conducting the Event. Google and social-media platforms used for event communications are not its organizers or administrators.

10 Liability and applicable law

10.1 We do not reimburse costs of participation or receiving a prize, except for the standard delivery costs under section 5.6, any reimbursement stated in the Schedule and any mandatory reimbursement. Liability for property or financial loss caused by slight negligence, including loss from technical failures, interruptions, prize defects or prize use, is excluded unless an exception below or section 10.2 applies. Liability remains unlimited for intentional conduct, gross negligence, personal injury, applicable product liability and other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. For slight negligence in breach of an essential contractual obligation necessary for proper event conduct and on which participants ordinarily rely, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the Event. These limitations also apply to persons for whom we are legally responsible.

10.2 We give no availability or prize guarantees beyond the published rules and any express guarantee. Section 10.1 does not limit valid prize-performance claims, statutory defect rights or other mandatory consumer rights. Statutory legal remedies remain available.

10.3 Austrian law applies. Applicable mandatory rules, including mandatory consumer protection at your place of habitual residence, remain unaffected.

10.4 These Terms are provided in English and German. The languages available for the Schedule are identified for each Event. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails. Mandatory requirements concerning language and comprehensibility, consumer rights and individual agreements remain unaffected.
